McElvy, Edward V., 89, passed away on May 27, 2014. He was a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay Area who enjoyed fishing and reading. He was an avid golfer who scored a hole-in-one in Anderson, SC. He was also the owner of Ed McElvy Painting Co. He is preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Juanita Sissie' Overton McElvy; sister, Helen Nadler; brother, Bud McElvy; and grandson; Edward Earle. Ed is survived by his loving family, daughters, Carol (James) Westerman and Cheryl (Danny) Enfinger; grandchildren, Chuck (Katrina) Earle and Christina (Sony) Williams; and great-grandchildren; Sydney Earle, Sydney Williams; Thomas Williams and Charlee Earle. Services will be private.
