Becker, Edward N., Jr., 84, of Riverview, peacefully ascended to heaven on March 26, 2018. Edward proudly served in the US Marine Corps, retiring as a MSGT after 20 years of service. He enjoyed volunteering for various charities with the Marine Corps League Detachment #1226. He was also a member of VFW Post 8108, and the American Legion Post 148. Edward enjoyed golfing, bowling, shooting pool, and was an avid Pinochle player. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Woodrow Becker, James Becker and Richard Becker. Edward is survived by his loving family, wife of 27 years, Ruth Becker; daughter, Karen (Dan) Ead of FL; sons, Edward N (Geraldeen) Becker, III of PA, and David Becker of FL; brothers, Robert (Lena) Becker of CA, Vincent (Ronnie) Becker of CA, and Albert (Wendy) Becker of TX; sisters, Frances (Ralph) Donatelli of FL, Elaine (Ralph) Strano of PA, Beatrice Becker of NY, and Leona Quiter of NY; sisters-in-law, Cindi L (George) Post of FL, and Marilyn "Kay" Franklin of FL; grandchildren, Nicholas (Laura), Alex (Juliana), Erin "Maggie" and Skylar; and great-grandchild, Cameron; as well as an extended loving family. There will be a Catholic Memorial Mass on Tuesday, April 3 ^rd at 11:00 am at Resurrection Catholic Church in Riverview FL.
