Vazquez, Eddie, 78, of Seffner, entered into rest December 30, 2013. Eddie was a proud member of the US Air Force, serving in Vietnam during the Vietnam Conflict and retiring after 23 years of service. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and the past Commander of DAV Post 83. Eddie is survived by his loving family, wife of 52 years, Angelica; son, Richard Vazquez and wife Donna; daughter, Deborah Nalchajian and husband Steve; brother, Peter Vazquez; sisters, Awilda Astondoa and Carmen Ferrer; and grandchildren, Samantha, Ryan, Justin, Christian, Jarrett and Ian. There will be a visitation on Sunday, January 5, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 12:00 pm at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. He will be laid to rest at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
