Earl Gladston Taylor, 91, passed away peacefully June 9, 2024.  He was born July 22, 1932 in Montego Bay, W.I. to parents Violet Adelaide Taylor and Webber L. Taylor.

He graduated from Cornwall College and later went on to sail for Jamaica in 1964 Olympics. Earl took pride in working as a Sales Representative for Pan American Airways before moving and taking the position as General Manager of Air Jamaica.  He then moved to Calgary Alberta, Canada where he worked for the city of Calgary as a Coordinator in the Finance Department.

Later he moved to Tampa, Florida, where he worked for Hillsborough County as a Water Conservationist Specialist.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; daughter, Shaun Dennis; grandson, Kerr Craige; brothers, Arthur, Ian, and sister Shelia; along with nieces and nephews.

A gathering of friends and family will be held June 20, 2024, at 10am with a memorial service beginning at 11am at Serenity Meadows, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview FL.
