Dorothy (Dottie) J Hartman, 87, passed away peacefully at home on June 9, 2024, with her children, Michelle and Steve at her side. She was born in McPherson, KS in 1936 to Edward and Jessie Wallace.

Dottie married Kenneth N Hartman on Sept 1,1957, in Canton, KS. She worked as a Registered Nurse for many years. While she was a great nurse, she excelled at being a Christian, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother.

Dottie was preceded in death by her husband Ken in 2018. They were married 60 years. She is survived by daughter Michelle and son Steve (Traci), grandchildren Crystal (Alex) Menendez, Amanda (Jonathan) Knight, and Kyle (Lexie) Hartman as well as great grandchildren Payton Hartman, Noah Hill, Cora Menendez, Isabella Menendez, and Axel Hartman.

Family and friends are invited to Serenity Meadows Funeral Home at 6919 Providence Rd, Riverview Fl 33578 on Monday June 17 for visitation at 12pm and service at 1pm.
