Dorothy Hannon, 84, of Lithia, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mrs. Hannon had been a local resident for fourteen years.Survivors include her sons; Robert, George, daughters Kathleen, Dororthy, brothers; Joseph, Thomas, Robert, sisters; Gertrude, Helen,Constancee, 12 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Memorial donatins may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
