Dorothy F. Garing, 87, was born in Baldwin, Long Island, New York and was preceded in death by her loving husband, Calvin C. Garing on September 11, 2001 and her daughter, Kim E. Ennis on January 15, 1984. Surviving children are Eileen (Joe) Eletto of Apollo Beach, Fl, Larry (Linda) Garing of Kingsland, GA, Ronald (Wilma) Garing of Garden City, GA, and 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Dorothy lived in many places as Calvin served in the United States Air Force for 24 years. They lived in Guam, California, Kansas, New York, Florida, South Carolina, and finally settling in Savannah, Georgia. Dorothy spent 20 years as a Sears Associate, retiring in 1984 to travel in their RV. They moved to Sun City Center in 1995. Dorothy was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ruskin, FL.
