Doris Jean Ritchel (DJ) 80 of Riverview passed away at home on October 02, 2025, in Riverview Fl. after a long courageous battle with Dementia.

Jeannie (as she was known) was born in Tampa Fl. to Alex and Doris Marko on January 16, 1945.She graduated from Hillsborough High School in 1963. She attended Hillsborough Community College and Erwin Tec. She worked at several medical facilities for many years.
Jeannie is preceded in death by her Mother and Father. Jeannie is survived by her husband and caregiver of 60 + years Kenneth Ritchel, Son, Steven Ritchel, (Michelle) Son Kenneth Ritchel (Sue) Daughter and caregiver Karen Ritchel, Brothers Richard Marko (Mary), Robert Marko (Jane), and Jimmie Marko (Donna), 7 Grandchildren and 5 great-Grandchildren.

A memorial service will announced at a later date. Arrangements are by Serenity Meadows Riverview.
