SULLENBERGER, Donna Renee, 80, of Valrico, Florida passed away on August 24, 2025, surrounded by her beloved family in Tampa, Florida. Donna was born in Hamilton, Ohio on November 19, 1944 to Donald and Julia Finkbine. Donna married the love of her life, Robert "Bob" Edward Sullenberger, in April 1962. Bob and Donna were married for over 52 years and raised three loving children, Carla Ann, Pamela "Pammy" Lynn, and Brett Edward. Donna's greatest passion in life was loving and caring for her family, which grew to include her grandchildren, Justin Alan, Kierstin Renee and Sydney Amanda, her great-grandson, Theodore "Teddy" Edward, and her adopted dog, a protective Shih Tzu named Eddie.

Donna spent numerous decades as a successful real estate agent, serving clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. Donna most enjoyed cruising internationally with her husband Bob and their frequent family trips to Islamorada, Florida, where priceless family memories were made. Donna, also affectionately known as "Grammy", loved spoiling her grandchildren, great-grandchild, and Eddie and playing (and winning) her favorite games, including Gin Rummy and Yahtzee. Donna was a fierce and loyal friend who fostered countless decades-long friendships and insisted on her home being the epicenter of celebrations and holidays. Donna's unconditional love for her family, caring nature, generosity, and tenacious spirit were immediately apparent to all who were lucky enough to have known her.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Julia, her husband, Bob, and her daughter, Pammy. Donna is survived by her daughter, Carla (John) Casey, her son, Brett Sullenberger, her grandchildren, Justin (Elie) Casey, Kierstin (Jared) Pike, and Sydney Sullenberger, her great-grandson, Teddy Casey, her sisters, Sandra Douglass and Yvonne Palmer, and her brother, Gerald Finkbine.

A Celebration of Life to honor Donna will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, September 19, 2025 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home in Riverview, Florida. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:30am in advance of the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Suncoast Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Association, located at 3507 E. Frontage Rd, Ste 300, Tampa, FL 33607, in memory of Donna's late daughter Pammy.
