McKinley, Donna Marie, was born August 13, 1942 in Wyandotte, Michigan. As a child she moved to Tampa, and graduated from Jefferson High School. She attended the inaugural class at University of South Florida in 1960, and retired after 31 years of service to the State of Florida working for the State Attorney's Office and the University of South Florida. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Murrell McKinley; 2 sons, Steve and Scott (Kathy); and 3 grandchildren, Allie, Morgan, and Conner McKinley. She enjoyed traveling to many destinations and her favorites were the Smokey Mountains and the beaches in Florida and the Carolinas. There will be a graveside service for Donna on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 2:30 pm at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
