Donna Cook ,65, of Brandon FL. Passed away on Tuesday April 13th 2021. Born on December 18 ^th 1955 in Tampa FL to the proud parents of Ruben and Jane Tapia.

Donna loved the Tampa Bay Ray's, Gardening, Working out with friends immediately followed up with eating at Fred's and Cracker Barrel and was a proud Grandma/MiMi who enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and watching all of their sporting events.

Survivors include her mother Jane, Sister JoEllen (Ron), Brother Larry, Her children John and Jennifer and 6 grandchildren (Twins) Kaden and Keanu, Marley and (Triplets) Makayla, Marissa and Jack.

Proceed in death by Husband John Cook (Jack) and Father Ruben

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Landmark Baptist Church in Seffner, FL.  The family will gather with friends one hour prior to her service, from 10:00-11:00AM.  Private burial will follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
