Donald Harold Leathers, 81, of Brandon, Florida, passed away on August 9th, 2017 peacefully in Florida Hospital. Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Jonas and Beatrice; his brother Robert; his sister Carolyn, and his son Timothy. Donald is survived by his loving wife Janet L. Leathers; his sister Betty; his sister-in-law Marcia; his four children Karen, Robert, Carol, and James; his grandchildren Ralph, Joseph, Mandy, Margo, Taylor, Brenna, Tara, Brooke, and Timothy; his nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, and the rest of his family and friends. Donald worked as an accomplished purchasing agent and salesmen. He enjoyed skiing, reading in the sunshine, and spending time with family and friends. He was also a dedicated member to his church. The memorial service will be held on Monday August 14th, 2017 at 2:30pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church located at 402 East Lumsden Road Brandon, FL 33511. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in honor of Donald may be given to the American Lung Association (please visit www.lung.org or mail to American Lung Association Donation Processing Center PO Box 7000 Albert Lea, MN 56007-8001) or mailed directly to Westminster Presbyterian Church at the memorial address mentioned previously.
