Donald E. Brown, 81, of Wimauma, passed away on January 30, 2018. Donald retired from the US Air Force after 21 years of service. He proudly served in Vietnam and was involved in the Intelligence Department. After his retirement from Scott AFB in IL the family moved to Seffner, FL where he continued his career working in Civil Service in the Intelligence Field at MacDill AFB. He was a NASCAR fan and enjoyed playing golf. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Andrew Brown. Donald is survived by his loving family, wife of 63 years, Shirley Brown; children, Cindy Frederic of Riverview, FL, Cherie Shive of Lithia, FL, David Brown of Brandon, FL, and Robert Brown of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Heather Stultz and her husband Chip, Holly Jackson and her husband Ryan, Lance Swisher, Justin Shive and his wife Shannon, Stephanie Brown-Guevara, Curtis Brown, and Ethan Brown; and his great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Colin, Charlie, and Jaca Stultz, Payton Shive, Olivia, and Parker Jackson, and Lincoln Swisher. He will be inurned at Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
