Tharp, Don Thomas 73, passed away Monday, June 19, 2017 at home surrounded by his family. Don was a resident of Valrico, FL since 1983 coming from Michigan. He was Baptist by faith, and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and boating. Don is predeceased by his son Kevin. Survivors include his wife, Pat of 33 years; son Brian (Kathy) Tharp, step-son Ryan (Carrie) Johnson, sister Shirley Barton, 4 brothers Bill, Larry, David and Mark; 2 granddaughters Sydney and Baleigh, and 1 grandson Ricky. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 23, 2017 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL 33578. The family will receive guests at Noon. Burial will be in Tennessee at a later date.
