Denise Charlene Moyer, of Riverview, FL, was born Sept 6th, 1953, passed away on August 24th, 2022 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL.  Denise was born and raised in Flint, Michigan and graduated from Lapeer High School. Denise also resided in Ludington, MI and St. Petersburg and Tarpon Springs, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Gloria and her husband Thomas. She leaves behind her brother Dennis and her sisters Dru and Diane. As well as her children Adam, Eva and Jennifer and her granddaughter Destiny.

Denise was a "song bird" and loved performing in the church choir as well as doing musical theater. Her most memorable performance was that of 'Splendora', as the fairy godmother in which she won an award for. She worked for many years at Checkers and Rally corporation as well as QVC. For more than a decade now she has been working at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home as well as St. Stephen's Catholic Church and that was truly her passion. Denise had such an incredible and loving spirit and touched so many lives. Her warmth and compassion and bright smile are what people will remember the most, as well as her infectious laugh. She was always there with a listening ear and warm embrace to anyone that needed it. She was such a strong warrior these last several years as she endured lung disease and other health issues. She was so strong in her faith and endless trust in our Lord. Her favorite saying was "Jesus, I trust in you", and she truly did with her whole heart.
