Delores Adsit, our mother was born on February 4, 1932 and passed away peacefully at home on October 14, 2024, as our father said "God needed a new soprano for his choir." She met our father, her soulmate and love of her life Kenneth, when they were both kids growing up in Michigan. Delores and Kenneth became sweethearts in the eighth grade.

After graduating from high school, and while Kenneth was serving in the army, they married and started a family. They have four children. Their love story is one for the ages, as as they have spent a lifetime together and recently celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary.

Delores was a wounderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and daughter. She had a beautiful voice, and, in her lifetime, she sang at many weddings and special events. She was also a sewer and quilter, and she handmade quilts for her family.

She was deeply loved by her entire family, and we will miss her dearly. She will always remain in our hearts forever.
