Brown, Debra Marie, 55, of Riverview, passed away on February 12, 2009. Debra was born in Pahokee, FL, and she is a fourth and fifth generation descendent of a pioneering family of FL. She is preceded in death by her biological parents, Lawrence and Esther Tubbs; her adopted parents, Hiram and Vivian Padgett; and her brothers, Ronald Padgett and James Padgett. Debra is survived by her loving family, son, Clinton (Stacey) Brown; sisters, Florence (Mason) Sikes and Jackie (Carl) Staats; sister-in-law, Pat Padgett; and several nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at River of Life Church, 6605 Krycul Ave., Riverview.
