Deborah Sue O'Kelly
December 20, 1959 – June 14, 2025

Deborah Sue O'Kelly, a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother, went home peacefully to be with the Lord on June 14, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.

Born in Tampa, Florida, Deborah was a lifelong resident of Riverview, where she built a life rooted in faith, family, and service. She graduated from East Bay High School in 1977, earning her cosmetology license, and went on to own and operate her own beauty shop, Total Cuts, for many years. Her salon was more than just a place of business—it was a gathering place filled with warmth, friendship, and community, where many of her customers became like family.

Deborah was a member of SonLife Baptist Church, where she found great joy and purpose in working with children and teenagers. Her love for others, especially the younger generations, was evident in everything she did.

A talented and creative soul, Deborah had a deep passion for arts and crafts. She was remarkably gifted in bringing beauty into the world through her handiwork, which she generously shared with those around her.

Deborah shared 45 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Billy O'Kelly Jr. Together, they raised two sons, Billy (Ashley) and Chad (Sarah), and built a legacy of love, faith, and family. She was a proud and doting grandmother to three grandchildren—Rose, Clark, and Caden—who brought immeasurable joy to her life.

Deborah will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her faith, kindness, creativity, and unwavering love for her family leave behind a beautiful legacy that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.
