Deborah "Debbie" Denise Console, 69, of Valrico, Florida, passed away peacefully at home, embraced by her loving family. Born on January 8, 1957, in Manhattan, New York, to Philip W. Speddon and June Dyal Speddon, Debbie radiated kindness, compassion, and generosity throughout her life.
A dedicated caregiver at heart, Debbie spent years tending to the sick before transitioning to a fulfilling 15-year career as a bridge and tunnel officer with the New York City Transit Authority. Her unwavering faith was central to her life, and she found great joy in serving at Nativity Catholic Church. Whether crafting holiday placemats for the sick and elderly or making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the homeless, Debbie embodied selfless service, always reaching out to lend a hand in the community.
An avid reader and lifelong learner, Debbie cherished time spent with family and friends, filling every gathering with her vibrant spirit and infectious smile. Her presence truly lit up the lives of everyone around her.
Debbie is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of over 30 years, Eduardo "Eddie" Console, her son Carlo Console, stepsons Eddie Jr. Console and Michael Console, and her siblings Bobby Speddon, Stephen Speddon, and Susan Liguori. Each of them carries her memory in their hearts. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents.
There will be a visitation held for Deborah from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. There will also be a visitation held from 9:45 - 10:25 am at Nativity Catholic Church with a funeral mass starting at 10:30 am. A graveside service will follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park with a lunch immediately after at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
