Smith, David Adam, 50, crossed over on April 15, 2011. David leaves behind his mother, Judy Smith Lucas; sister, Shan Smith; brother and sister-in-law, Todd and Tracy Smith; nephews, Jacob Smith and Griffin Smith; niece, Kendall Smith; and his best friend, Craig Russell.
