RODRIGUEZ, Daniel, "Danny", age 72, of Tampa passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022.

He was a graduate of Hillsborough High School in 1967 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from University of South Florida in 1972.

Danny's talents were many, he was an accomplished musician, singer, and songwriter. He played the guitar, saxophone, clarinet and piano and was a retired engineer. He passed along his love for music to his son and taught him guitar as well. He is remembered by all that knew him with a guitar in his hand, playing and singing at family gatherings, with his friends, and with his cousin Jerry. He was an avid watcher of many sports and loved his Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New York Yankees and Florida Gators. He thought himself to be a stock exchange enthusiast as well.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents Fernando Rodriguez and Angela Monteagudo, and brother Fernando (Bebito) Rodriguez. Danny is survived by his son Daniel Vincent Rodriguez, his sisters Lily Hernandez, Jeannie Thomas, and Irene Rodriguez as well as numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday January 22,2022 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park in Riverview, Florida. Elder Bert Thomas will be officiating.The Family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm and Danny's memorial begins at 2:00pm. The Family would like to express our thanks for the love and blessings received during this time of great personal loss.
