POORMAN, Dale, 67, of Brandon, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2004. He retired from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office after 16 years and was a firefighter for 15 years. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Bernice Poorman; daughter, Denise Stepp; grandchildren, Daniel, David, Devon Gilson, Max and Madison Stepp; and several great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church of Brandon. Donations may be made to the church.
