Craig M. VerPault Jr. passed away on March 7, 2026, following a sudden illness.

Craig is survived by his two sons, Vincent and Dominic; his aunts, Anne Marie and Carolyn; and his uncles Alfred and Colin. He also leaves behind his stepmother, Martina; his step-siblings, Jacque, Ami, David, and Nicci; and a large extended family of cousins, step-nieces, and step-nephews.

Craig was active in his local sports community, sharing his passion for the game as a dedicated baseball coach at both Land O' Lakes Little League and Lutz Cal Ripken Baseball. His leadership and mentorship on the field left a lasting impact on countless young athletes.

A funeral mass will be held in his honor at 10:00 AM on March 21st at Resurrection Catholic Church in Riverview, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to TGH Palliative Care or Chapters Health System Melech Hospice House, honoring the care and support provided during his illness.
