Clarence Herbert Buckand, age 70, was called home by Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior on the morning of November 27, 2023.

He is survived by, Diana Hileman Buckland, his wife of 47 years, daughter Dana Marie Buckland and Nate Capo, and granddaughter, destiny Michelle Buckland. Preceded in death by his son, Daniel Herbert Buckland, and daughter, Desiree Cherie Buckland.

He was the eldest son of Herbert Walton Buckland and Mattie Gertrude Buckland, born on June 15, 1953. Herb is survived by his brother, Roger Buckland, and sister, Sandra Buckland Kincaid. He had 11 nephews and 5 nieces.

He was a graduate of Apostolic Bible Institute, St. Paul, MN in 1974. Herb was an ordained minister of the United Pentecostal Church International. His ministry took him to many areas across the United States: Virginia, California, Indiana, Georgia, Ohio, Michigan, and Florida.

He worked for, and assumed his father's business, Herb's Drapery Service of Indianapolis, IN. In recent years, Herb graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Master's Degree in accounting on May 18, 2013. At the time of his passing, he was employed as an accountant of the Hillsborough County Public Schools HOST program. His hobbies included study and research of the Word of God. As reading was his passion, libraries were a constant pursuit. Playing board games with family and friends was a given.

As a minister, Herb was known as a teacher and a great friend and he will be sorely missed by many.
