Christine M. Beers 84 of Riverview, FL passed away Monday, September 21, 2009. She was born September 11, 1925 in Phillipsburg, NJ. Mrs. Beers relocated to Riverview, FL in 1989 from Phillipsburg, NJ. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Bloomingdale.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, William A. Beers of Riverview, FL, a daughter, Ruthanne Harbaugh of Seattle, WA, three sons, William E. Beers, wife Carol of Lithia, FL, Christopher Beers, wife Yvonne, and Daniel Beers, wife Cathy both of Nazareth, PA, a sister, Dorothy Young of Spring Valley, IL, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren
A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Thursday, September 24, 2009 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 11:00 A.M. Entombment will be private.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Presbyterian Church of Bloomingdale or LifePath Hospice.
