Donovan, Charlotte, 61, of Tampa, passed away on April 1, 2021. Charlotte was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She worked for Hillsborough County Public Schools for 28 years. Charlotte is survived by her loving family, husband, Charles; children, Charles (Melissa), Gatlyn (Jessica), and Lacey; mother, Janet; siblings, Sharon, Johnny, and Ronnie; and grandchildren, Lelyn, Jozalyn, and Kylyn.
