Sciascia, Charles William, Sr. 79, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2015, with his beloved son and daughter-in-law Charles Jr. and Agnes Sciascia by his side. During the last couple days he was surrounded by his beautiful family who have experienced and shared in Charles's energetic bear hugs and stubbly kisses, his great passion for cooking pasta, pan-fried meatballs and chicken cutlets, his appreciation for great Italian singers like Andrea Bocelli and Frank Sinatra and last but not least, the teeming love that he shared as Dad to Lisa, Charles, Agnes as Grandpa to Charles Edwin, Margaux and Noah Scally, friend to Maria Bernardo. Those who really knew Charles will sorely miss him. There will be a visitation on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. A Catholic Mass will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 1:30 pm at Nativity Catholic Church. Charles will be buried at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
