PITTMAN, Charles Richard, 74, of Valrico passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2008. Charles moved to the area 43 years ago from Hialeah, FL and was member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. He served proudly in the U.S. Navy and worked in the air condition industry. He is survived by: his son, Brett Pittman (Amy) of Valrico, FL; brothers, Thomas E. Pittman, Jr. (Agnes) of Las Vegas, NV and James Pittman (Elaine) of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Inez Walters (Jay) of Chickamauga, GA; grandchildren, Greg, Ashley, Savanna, Tanner, and Colby. A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Rd, Riverview. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
