Charles Anthony "Ziggy" Fusco, 63, of Valrico,
passed away July 11, 2007 surrounded by his family.
Charlie was born November 15, 1943 in Portland, Maine to
the late Anthony and Irene (Somerset) Fusco.
He is predeceased by his sister, Lori Fusco.
A loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother
and friend, Ziggy will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his loving family,
his wife of 43 years, Katherine "Kitty" Fusco,
daughters, Terri Mayhew and Anne Fusco, both of Valrico, FL,
precious grandchildren, twins, Chris and Travis,
sisters, Irene Staples, Linda Basso, Katherine MacDonald and Kelly Gushee, and
brothers, Robert, Anthony, John and Mark Fusco.
Charlie will be greatly missed and remembered as a remarkable and
generous man who has a heart of gold and would move
mountains for his family. He was truly the wind beneath our wings.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 15, 2007 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at
Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL 33578.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, July 16, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at
St. Stephen Catholic Church, 5049 Bell Shoals Road, Valrico, FL 33594.
This day also remembers a special day, as his Mother's birthday. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Cancer Society in his name.
