Charles Thomas Eggleston, 78, of Tampa, FL, passed away at his residence on Monday, June 1, 2020.  Born on May 27, 1942 in Washington County, MD to the proud parents of William R. & Mattie (Townsend) Eggleston, Thom was a retired Master Sergeant with the U.S. Air Force.  He and his family moved to the area in 1988, coming from Germany.  Thom was a member of St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Tampa, FL and a member of ACE, a Stamp Collecting Organization.  He truly loved gardening, antiquing, yard sales and of course, stamp collecting.  Survivors include his wife, Catherine of Riverview; his son, Alex of Riverview; his daughter, Theodora of Land O Lakes and two grandchildren, Katie and Nick.

A Liturgy of the Greek Orthodox faith will be offered on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 12:30 PM at St John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, Tampa, FL with a private burial to follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park in Riverview, FL.
