Payne, Charles Matthew, 58, of Riverview, Fla. passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Tampa General Hospital. He was born August 15, 1953 in Louisville, KY. He was retired from 11 years of service in the Army and 20 years of service at TGH as a CMT. He is survived by his wife Kathy Payne; brother Chester (Sandy) Payne; sons John Ely, David Perazzoli and his fianc Annmarie Skiba; daughters Sabrina Payne and Rebecca Huelsman; grandchildren Kayla Ely and Taylor Perazzoli; great grandchild Zachary Hardigree. The family will receive friends from 2 pm to 4pm, Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, Riverview, FL.
