Hubbard, Charlene Charshee, 69, of Valrico, was called to her heavenly home on February 14, 2018 after a hard fought battle with lung cancer. She and her husband Woody were married in 1967 and both came to know the Lord shortly after. She has been a member of Bell Shoals Baptist Church for over 25 years. Charlene served as the Adoption Coordinator at LifeCare Network for 22 years. During her time there she walked nearly 200 women through the process of adoption. Charlene was also active in a number of ministries including a hospital evangelism ministry, Walk to Emmaus and Kairos Prison Ministry. The love that Charlene shared with her family, her church and many friends, and the clients at LifeCare was a beautiful reflection of the love of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Charlene is survived by her loving family, husband of 50 years, Woody Hubbard; daughters, Lisa (Steven) Marossy, and Michelle (David) Ritchie; granddaughter, Taylor Ritchie; brother, Donald Charshee; sisters, Kathy Yarborough, and Gwen Espigh; and many nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00 am at Bell Shoals Baptist Church. Donations may be made in Charlene's name to LifeCare Network of Brandon.
