Celedonio Ortiz Lopez, also known as "Silo", 82 YOA of Tampa, FL., passed away February 17, 2019.  He was husband of Rebeca Ortiz, who shared 32 years of marriage together.

Born in Salinas, PR and moved to Tampa, FL in 1976.  His parents were Sabad Ortiz Davila and Eva Lopez Martinez.  He started working at a very young age.  He worked in many different employments, but the last employment was at Lanier Elementary School, where he retired from.

"Silo" was an amazing husband and outstanding father.  He was loved by his family, especially children and grandchildren.

As a member of Iglesia Restauracion Cristiana, he enjoyed attending church and listen to good preaching's and music.  He was very faithful to the church.  He enjoyed spending time with all of his family and cracking jokes.

He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Rebeca Ortiz and his eight children: Eliecer (Eli), Miguel & wife Ashley, Marlene (Nini) & husband Taylor, Jose (Indio), Joel, Moises & wife Sandra, Sylvia Nieves Ortiz, oldest son Richy & wife Michelle; his nineteen grandchildren: Ebba, Maritza, Estephanie, Jasmin, Michel, Jerome, Aaron, Sharitza, Marleny, Maria-Elena, Erica, Emanuel, David, Valerie, Marisol, Christian, Nylaha, Nyaha and nineteen great-grandchildren:  Celedonio is also survived by his three sisters: Milagros, Lucy & Marga and one brother, Richard.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Sabad & Eva Ortiz, grandparents Rodrigo Lopez & Rafaela Martinez, daughter Evelyn Roman , son Celedonio Ortiz, his brothers Jose Ortiz and Hector Negron, his sister Guillermina Ortiz, grandson Moises Ortiz and nephews Ricardo & Jesus Ortiz, Reynaldo Oritz.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 12:00pm at Iglesia Restauracion Cristiana by the Pastor Miguel Maysonet and Pastor Fabia Maysonet
