Catherine Ann Jensen, 70, of Wimauma, FL, passed away April 23, 2026. She was born on August 6, 1955 in Camp LeJeune, North Carolina to Joseph Gaudio and Patricia Kelly Gaudio.

Catherine grew up in Miami, FL with her loving parents and siblings. Catherine was a social butterfly. She was proud of being a product of the 60's and loved being a "hippie". Catherine loved her family and all relatives more than anything in the world. Later in life when she had her daughter, Madeline, she found a deeper love than she ever knew. Mom was her new favorite title, then eventually, she was promoted to Grandma. She found so much joy and love doting over her granddaughter, Makenna.

Catherine worked a dedicated career at Amadeus Travel Group for 39 years. She was lovingly referred to as the "Queen of Cruise" due to her expertise. Her coworkers loved and respected her, she was honored many times over the years. Her most recent accolade was "the glue that held her team together."

Catherine is survived by her daughter, Madeline, siblings, Mary Pat and Chip, grandchildren, Makenna and Bennett and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. She will be loved and missed forever.
