Rodriguez, Carolyn, 78, of Brandon, passed away on March 17, 2017. She was born in Tampa, FL to Edward and Carrie Harvey. Carolyn had an out-going personality and enjoyed making new friends. She is survived by her loving family, daughter, Elizabeth (John) Seymour-Spicer; grandchildren, John Spicer, Jr., Cheryl Spicer-Hawco, Reva Seymour, Bennett Seymour, and John Seymour; and great-grandchildren, Rylai Blair, Helana Seymour, Ailey Seymour, John Spicer, III, Aedan Dougherty, Patricia Seymour, Bennett Seymour, Jr., Olivia Hawco, Sophia Hawco, and Christian Spicer. There will be a memorial service on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 2:00 pm at City Buffet in Seffner.
