Carolyn Mae Parker, 69 of Riverview and formerly from Richmond Hills, Ga,. passed away on Sunday May, 29, 2011. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Riverview. Carolyn was a dedicated homemaker and wife serving her family with love and support throughtout the years.

She was married to James Thomas Parker Sr. for 51 years and together they had 3 children. Carolyn is survived by her husband James; a son, James Thomas Parker Jr. of Poller, Ga.; two daughters, Lashaune Hannah (Alfred) of El Paso, Tx. and Mishelle DelFrate (Peter) of Riverview; one brother Percell Britt of Alexandria, La. along with 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family request any monetary donations to the Parker residence for the purpose of helping defray funeral costs.

Services were held on Friday, June 3, 2011 at the First Baptist Church of Riverview at 11:00AM with Pastor Jeff Knight officiating. Burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fl.
