Brown, Carol Goolsby, 77, of Riverview, passed away Friday, September 16, 2016. Mrs. Brown was born September 19, 1938 in Tampa, Florida to Otha and Alva Goolsby. She was a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church of Riverview. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cyril (Cy) Brown. Survivors include her children, daughters Melody (James Feist) and Joy (John Scott); son Keith Brown (Carmen); sisters Norma Frazier, Sue Davis, and Marianne Ven Ditto and brother Guy Goolsby; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with the funeral following at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 21st, 2016, at The First Baptist Church of Riverview located at 8626 US Hwy. 301 S. Riverview.
