It is with deep sorrow to announce that, Carlos "Tyrone" Brown 48 of Riverview, FL passed away at home surrounded by his immediate family due to a short term illness. Carlos also known as "Tyrone", was born to the late Carl Wendell Wyche and Janice Lee Brown on August 4, 1974 in Emporia, Virginia. Carlos attended Greensville High School and graduated in 1993. He grew up in Emporia with his sister Erica Brown and at an early age he worked on a tobacco farm and enjoyed having fun with aunts, uncles, cousins and neighborhood friends. Carlos had a love for cars especially his beloved 1974 Buick Apollo, which he enjoyed working on with his son Chasen. Carlos was employed with Teco Peoples Gas since 1999. He was employed as a Service Technician for both the Orlando office and the Tampa office where he trained many other coworkers with an emphasis on safety. He was a devoted father who took the time to coach youth sports in Ruskin Florida. He was very patient and worked well with the kids and most referred to him as Chasen's "cool" and funny Dad. He loved to laugh as he always had a funny story to tell. Those that knew him will always remember him playing "old school"' music, dancing and laughing with the most contagious laugh and smile. Carlos is predeceased by his father Carl Wyche and he is survived by his loving wife, Dawn; one son, Chasen Brown of Riverview, FL, his mother Janice Lee Brown of Emporia, VA, his sister Erica Brown of Emporia, VA, his nephew Khalil Thomas (Brianna Thomas), and his great nephew Carson Thomas of Emporia VA, Aunts and Uncles on his maternal side - Marlene Brown, Sharon Brown, Joan Brown, Vanessa Brown (predeceased) all from Emporia, VA. Uncles David Lee Jackson, Joel Brown (Brenda),Bernard Brown (Elaine), Carol Brown (predeceased), Leon Brown (predeceased), Ronald Brown(predeceased) (Audrey). Aunts and Uncles on the paternal side Audrey Pope of Huntsville, AL, Rosalyn Midnight of Washington, DC, Michael Wyche (predeceased) and Robert Wyche (predeceased). Cousins Willie (Angela), Angela, Felicia, Sherry, Ritchie, Mallie, Tina, Catrina (Lynard), Mario, Ronald JR, Cedric(predeceased), Carlos, Teremy, LaRayshawn, Antoine, Simone, Tevin, Zubaidah, Sondra (Raymond) and LaWanda. Mother in-law Ilona Brown, Riverview, FL, Grandparents Joseph Brown (predeceased), Mary Brown (predeceased), Robert Wyche (predeceased), Beatrice Wyche (predeceased). 2 sister in-laws: Robin Sims (Dean) along with their 4 children Shavaun (Justin), Patrice (Jason), Jordan (I'Tavius) and Donovan (Kellyn) all of Murfreesboro, TN; Andria Koger along with her children Alesha Brown, Justin Brown and Brianna Koger of Easton, PA.
