Carla Elsie Dobbs, 82, of Brandon, Florida, passed away on January 28, 2026.  She was born on November 28, 1943, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Harvey and Ruth (nee Knapke) Leidolf.

Carla grew up in Wisconsin and moved with her daughters and parents to sunny Florida in October 1976.  She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing and dedicated her career to helping others.  Originally, she was a beautician for 15 years and eventually became an RN external auditor for the remaining part of her career.
Carla had a big heart and was a kind, caring, generous soul with a deep love for her family.  She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and drawing, and had a great passion and natural talent for interior design. Carla is survived by her two daughters, AnnMarie (Sam Jr.) Puleo of Valrico, Florida, and Susan Dobbs of Dover, Florida; her brother Tom Leidolf of Pewaukee, Wisconsin; sister Yvonne (David) Steers of Denver, Colorado; grandson Sam III (Lisa) Puleo; and was preceded in death by her loving parents and beloved grandson Roman Edward Puleo.
