RUBIO, MD, Camilo R., 76 of Brandon went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 7, 2007. Born and graduated from medical school in Havana, Cuba, he moved to the U.S. in 1961. Camilo moved to the area 6 years ago from Miami, FL and was Catholic by faith. He is survived by: his loving wife of 41 years Judy Rubio; sons, Camilo Rubio, Michael Rubio (Melanie), and Peter Rubio; daughters, Ana Martinez (Tony), Julie M. Nisbet (Rusty), and Christina R. Rubio; grandchildren, Nicole, Anthony, Logan, Megan, Brandon, Nicholas, and Taylor; great-grandchild, Sean. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, September 10, 2007 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Rd., Riverview. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
