Calogero "Charlie" Carollo, adored husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025 at of 83. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 54 years, Maria, his sons, Mark (Theresa) Carollo, and Andrew Carollo, as well as, his two granddaughters, Alessia and Arianna.

Born in Torretta, Sicily Italy on March 22, 1942, Calogero was the youngest of five siblings. He immigrated to the UNited States as a teenager and later became a Master Barber on Long Island, New York. He was the owner of a successful barber shop for many years until retirement in 2017.

Above all, Calogero was a beloved family man and moved to Florida upon retirement to be closer to his two granddaughters who meant the entire world to him.

There will be a visitation held at 10:30 am for Calogero at St. Stephen Catholic Church (10118 St Stephen Cir, Riverview, FL 33569). A funeral mass will begin at 11:00 am followed by a graveside service at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park (6919 Providence Rd., Riverview, FL 33578).
