Van Zuiden, C. Ann, 72, of Tampa, passed away on January 27, 2013. She was born on August 14, 1940 in Middlesboro, Kentucky, to the late James Thompson & Willie Spurling. She was one of thirteen children, so she had the will to succeed. She was a member of the class of 1958 at Hillsborough High School. After graduation, she dedicated her working career as a Legal Secretary, assisting private attorneys and public defenders, while raising two children on her own. Ann is survived by two daughters; Jojo Conley and companion Wayne Gonzalez, and Vicki Taylor and companion Mitch Suarez, two brothers; William Thompson, and Robert Herman, two sisters; Ruth Hatcher, and Linda DeMaio, two grandchildren who were the apples of her eye; Diesel and Paisley Taylor, and several nieces and nephews. A viewing will be on Friday February 1, 2013 from 4-8pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. Ann will be missed by all and remembered forever. She had a fabulous life.
