Bruno Gigante was born in Paterson, NJ on July 26th, 1920. He passed on from this life on May 16th, 2021, at the age of 100. Bruno lived a big and full life. Always the life of the party, his energy knew no boundaries, from his youth all through his final years. As one of 8 children, growing up during The Great Depression, Bruno knew of tough times. His experiences as a young man shaped his vigor for life. After serving in the Army during WWII and receiving a purple heart, he returned to NJ and started his career as a machinist. After his retirement in the 1980's, he always kept busy with real estate and fixing and renting houses. Bruno was the most loving husband to his wife, Pat, of 55 years. He was a naturally gifted father to his children and so broadly loved by his many grand children and great grand children. He was an avid bowler, bowling a perfect 300 game in 1961. He also loved being a poker player. Bruno and his wife often traveled the country on adventures. He left this life to be with God, having put it all out there, with no regrets, and will be missed by so many of the lives he touched. At his request, we will have a small family party to celebrate his life.
