Bonnie "Bunkey" Beth Chancey, 73, of Ohio, but lived most of her life in Tampa, Fl. passed away at her residence on Saturday, July 16, 2022.
She was born on November 8, 1948 in Hillsborough County. Bunkey is preceded in death by her daughter, Trisha Lancaster. father and mother, Joe and Freddie Chancey. She is survived by two sons, Joey (Michele) Young, Altha, Fl and Charlie (Thomas) Young, Ohio, two grandsons who she adored more than anything, Anthony (Taylor) Young, Blountstown, Fl. and Aaron (Sarah) Young, one Great-granddaughter, Esme Lilly Young, Tallahassee, Fl. She had a special sister and brother in law, Donna and Doug Turner, NC, two nephews, Ronnie (Susan) Dubose Jr. and Matt (Michelle) DuBose, one niece, Carla (Dean) O'Brien. Bonnie had several great and great-great nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind two special friends dear to her heart, Georgia and Gerniah Newton, who were by her side when she passed. Bunkey will be laid to rest beside her daughter, per her wishes.
