Bass, Bonita L., 71, of Temple Terrace, passed away on February 4, 2013. She was a beloved, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was an avid Pen Pal, who enjoyed shopping at Thrift stores. She loved music and served as the church pianist. She is survived by her loving family, husband, Franklin K. Bass; sons, Tim Alan Bowers, Franklin Kenneth Bass, Jr. and James Kelly Bass; daughters, Vicki Lynn Barkley, Cynthia Lynn Bass, and Angela Carol Bass; son-in-love, Colin Dueweke; daughters-in-love, Barbara Louise Bass and Lisa Bowers; grandchildren, Jason Loper, Lisa L. Burns, Joshua Sellers, Jennifer Sellers, Gordon Bowers and Trina Bass; grandson-in-law, Jason Burns; granddaughters-in-law, Amy B. Loper and Amber Bowers; great-grandchildren, Caleb Burns, Caden Burns, Cruz Burns, Morgan Loper, Kenley Loper, Kaydence Bowers, DeVaney Bowers, Zoe Dawson and Baby Laiken; mother-in-law, Willie Belle Britt; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Pawnee Roland and Gene Roland; and numerous pets. There will be a funeral service on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 12:00 pm at Open Doors Baptist Church, the family will greet guests one hour prior. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memory Gardens in Thonotosassa.
