Brooks, Billy L, 76, of Riverview, passed away on May 28, 2009. He is survived by his loving family, wife, Peggy; 3 sons; 3 daughters; 1 brother; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. Billy will be laid to rest at Garden of Memories.
