Whitlock, Billie Jo, 77, of Seffner passed away on June 3, 2013. She was born on July 25, 1935 in Geneva, Alabama to the late Alfred and Mary (Carroll) Lockard. Billie is survived by her husband Henry Whitlock, Sr. Billie began a career at an early age of staying home and raising a family. Along with her husband, Billie is survived by three sons; Henry Whitlock, Jr., Kenneth Whitlock, and Eric (Hollie) Whitlock, two daughters; Cheryl (Frank) Hallock, and Beverly Watson, 10 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren, and a sister Ann Redmond. She was preceded in death by two brothers; Clarence Lockard, and Evron Lockard, five sisters; Ruby Knight, Monet Bush, Mary Parker, Audrey Bush, and Eunice Hancock. A Funeral service will take place on Monday June 10, 2013 at 11am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive guests from 10am to the start of the service. Burial will take place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at 2:30pm.
