Billie Lou Arnold Fischer, 72 of Brandon FL was a beloved Mother, Sister, Aunt, and friend, passed unexpectedly due to heart disease on July 12, 2020.

Billie was born April 29, 1948 in Chicago IL, the daughter of Helen Norwood and William Arnold. Billie graduated from Calumet High School.

Billie is survived by her daughter Jaime, her sisters Anna Mae Eble, Judy and brother-in-law Thomas Chirillo, along with several beloved nieces and nephews in addition to many great nieces and nephews. Let's not to forget her gran'dog'ter Ginger.

Billie worked for Burlington Northern Railroad, Ace Hardware and most recently Walmart. Billie was fun loving and made friends wherever she went. Billie enjoyed bowling, the slots, traveling and music. Growing up in Chicago, she was an avid sports fan and loved Da Bears, Blackhawks and White Sox. After moving to Florida, she quickly became a fan of the Rays and Lightning. Her charming spirit will be remembered by all who knew her. Billie will be greatly missed by so many.
