PGA area Golf Professional, tee'd off with "THE MASTER" GOLFER May 25, 2013 at 7:00am at THE MASTER"S EXCLUSIVE COUNTRY CLUBBY INVITATION ONLY! This would have been his 50th year as a member of the Professional Golfers Association. Golfing and teaching the game of golf was the love of his life' he enjoyed a lifes' work that was a joy to him. In the Tampa area, Bill was the first Golf Professional at Tampa Airport Resort in the earlys 70's, became the Golf Professional at Sun City Center Golf Courses and then finished his professional career as a teacher at the Ben Sutton School of Golf. Prior to his moving to Florida he was a member of the Philadelphia Section of the PGA of America, holding positions at several clubs in the Northeast. Bill was born at McKeesrocks, Pa. on June 20, 1924. He passed on May 25, 2013 in Wimauma, Fl. He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife, Betty H. DeAngelis, God child Joey Bonargo, brother and sister in law, nieces, nephews, cousins in Pa., very special family friends, the Bonargo family, CB Francis, the Buckhorn Springs Club members and all his friends in the area. A Life Celebration will be held at Buckhorn Springs Golf and Country Club on June 20, 2013, from 5:30-8:00pm. A Memorial service will be presented at 6:00pm at 2721 South Miller Road, Valrico, Fl. 33596. The final resting place is at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fl.
