Beverly Gail Connor, affectionately known as "Bev", of Brandon, Florida passed into eternal life on April 6, 2022, in the comfort of her home. Born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, Bev moved to Daytona in 1965 and graduated from Mainland High School in 1969. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Shirley Ferguson and her sister, Karen Heinemann. Bev is survived by her beloved husband of fifty-one years, James(Jim) Connor, who was her high school sweetheart and the love of her life since she was sixteen years old. Their love story is one for the ages as it was enduring and unconditional. She was the loving mother to her sons, Travis Connor and Michael(Jeanmarie) Connor. The joys of her life were her four grandchildren, Chase Connor, Caroline Connor, Christopher Connor and John Michael Connor.

After twenty years in the beauty industry, Bev chased her dreams, furthered her education, and became an insurance agent. She spent the next twenty-eight years by Jim's side as the co-owner of Mynatt Insurance Agency in Tampa, FL.

Bev's passion in life was to bring joy and happiness to others, especially her family. She will be remembered for her creative, artful mind and the beautiful quilts that she crafted which will be passed on for generations. Her home was a place of comfort where she loved to entertain and she welcomed family and guests with her exceptional hospitality and her infamous chocolate chip cookies.

Bev's "happy place" was at The Banyan Resort in Key West where she and Jim would spend several weeks every year laughing and making memories.  Her beautiful smile and selfless spirit will be remembered by all who knew Bev.

The family will honor her memory at a private celebration of life. In lieu of flowers or donations, Bev would want you to take that time to spend precious moments with those you love. For, to Bev, the greatest gift was LOVE.
